Veteran Development Group (VDG) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting service members and veterans as they transition into civilian life. Texas Doodles is a family-owned mini Bernedoodle breeder specializing in intelligent, affectionate, and hypoallergenic companions. They came to Grace Media 360 with no existing website or branding, relying solely on social media and local referrals. They needed a professional, trust-building online presence that could showcase their puppies, tell their story, and guide families through the adoption process.
Without a digital foundation, Texas Doodles had limited reach and no way to showcase their litters beyond photos shared through messaging and posts. Southwest Home Deals was created as a strategic extension of Palm Harbor Homes Austin, one of Texas’s leading manufactured home dealerships. The goal wasn’t to replace their existing corporate site — it was to create a specialized, high-impact digital presence that highlighted the exclusive offers, expertise, and customer relationships of one top-performing sales division. Grace Media 360 was brought in to develop this new identity and position it as a trusted, results-driven brand under the Palm Harbor umbrella.
While Palm Harbor Homes already had a strong website, it wasn’t designed to spotlight individual sales performance or localized deals. The Austin division needed its own platform — one that could highlight special promotions, available inventory, and the personal touch that set this team apart, while still staying true to the larger Palm Harbor brand.
Grace Media 360 developed Southwest Home Deals as a sub-brand with its own tone, design language, and content strategy — effectively building a “brand within a brand.”
We created a full website that mirrored the credibility of Palm Harbor Homes while emphasizing local deals, customer success stories, and financing resources. The design was optimized for mobile buyers and structured to generate high-quality leads through contact forms and clear CTAs.
To strengthen visibility, we integrated SEO-focused copy, location-based keywords, and social campaign support that funneled users directly to the new site from targeted ad placements.
